Welcome to the website of storecraftco. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.storecraftco.com) and the purchase of any products from us.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

2. Service Availability and Shipping

We cater to customers located within the European Union and the United States.

    • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation.

    • Shipping Partners: We partner with established international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide Priority shipping services.

    • Estimated Delivery: Most deliveries occur within 3 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.

    • Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. These updates are issued at key transit intervals, such as dispatch, arrival at sorting hubs, and when out for local delivery.

    • Delayed Shipments: If a delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, we will initiate a formal enquiry with the respective carrier. Depending on the outcome of the investigation and the specific circumstances, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
All orders to the EU and US are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The final price at checkout includes all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

3. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

In accordance with consumer rights legislation applicable in the European region, the risk of loss or damage to the products does not transfer to the consumer when the goods are handed over to the courier.

The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you, the customer, only when you (or a third party identified by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the items.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason.

    • Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days to exercise this right, beginning the day after you, or a third party nominated by you, acquire physical possession of the physical goods.

    • Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement sent via email to storage@storecraftco.com within the 14-day period.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We hold ourselves to high standards regarding the condition of the items we ship.

    • Reporting an Issue: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team via email at storage@storecraftco.com.

    • Evidence Required: To streamline the resolution, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue along with your order number.

    • Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund. To maintain efficiency and reduce unnecessary transit, you are not required to return the damaged or defective item to us; physical disposal or keeping the item is permitted once photographs are verified.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website and the prompt fulfillment of your orders, the following limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law:

    • We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

    • We make no representations regarding the absolute continuity of website accessibility or that the website is free from technical errors.

    • Nothing in these terms seeks to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your local jurisdiction (such as the EU or US) to rely on mandatory local consumer protections.
