2. Service Availability and Shipping

We cater to customers located within the European Union and the United States.

• • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation.

• • Shipping Partners: We partner with established international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide Priority shipping services.

• • Estimated Delivery: Most deliveries occur within 3 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.

• • Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. These updates are issued at key transit intervals, such as dispatch, arrival at sorting hubs, and when out for local delivery.
